 Hi darlings!

As I mentioned earlier I was gonna share my supplement smoothie recipe. I always just add whatever I got at home so today I had a few scoops of turkish yoghurt, one scoop of protein powder (use whatever supplement you are using with a nice flavor or if you don’t use supplement that’s ok too!), soy drink from Alpro, some chia seed, berries, I prefer blueberries and strawberries but I used blueberries and kiwii, mix it and enjoy it! 😉

Som jag skrev tidigare så skulle jag bjuda på ett litet simpelt smoothierecept. Jag brukar ha i det hemmet har att erbjuda så denna gång blev det några skopor turkisk yoghurt, soya dryck från Alpro, en skopa protein pulver (använd de kosttillskott du har hemma eller kör utan!), chiafrön och bär, jag föredrar blåbär och jordgubbar men det fick bli blåbär och kiwi denna gång! Mixa och njut! 😉

  1. How much cardio do you do? do you do more cardio, or more stuff with weights?

  2. I add water as well most of the time, but nothing like putting coconut water have you tried? Is delicious.
